About 20 years ago, bankers said you could afford a house that costs 2.5 times your annual gross income. I don't know if that was true then and I'm definitely sure it's not true now.
Moving to work suits, what is a reasonable percentage of take home pay to spend on a work suit? Remember, it's not just a jacket and pants, it's a uniform.
I'm so lucky to be worrying about trivial things like work pants because I have great and very generous parents, and I have worked hard. But do I deserve a Talbot's full price all season wool outfit!?! It's so pretty, see it below:
Talbot's on sale isn't so bad! Pkin will not be amused.
