It's that time again. Ice time! The ice pack seems too cold. The freezer at work is extra cold; I guess to make up for the lack of cool in the refrigerator section of the machine.
Don't mind me, my back is just killing me.
I see the chiropractor again today; I'm asking for at home stretching exercises. I'm going to scream if I don't get any relief soon!
