The physical therapists don't want to see me anymore; they've done all they can. I have a page of exercises that I'm supposed to continue doing at home.
Additionally, if I squeeze my problem toe (the second on the right) so that tears come from my eyes, I'll experience even more improvement according to the chief therapist. He makes my feet really hurt.
The foot doctor has given me the option of a tendon release; in his office he would cut into my foot and cut the tendon. Yikes! They did that to five of my toes under general anesthesia and it hurt like a bastard, still does in fact.
I know that I need to exercise overall to have less pain and be more flexible. And lose weight. And have a more positive outlook overall. You know, just the simple things.
So I will think about my treadmill, and my videos, and the Discovery Health Challenge with videos online, and just eating less and, and, and... I need to do only two-three things. This is like any other goal setting activity, a human can only do a few things at a time and be successful. My first thing is to consistently eat breakfast. My next thing is treadmill. And that is two things. I'll let you know how the next two weeks go.
