J&J and many other companies are smoking-free environments, but it's getting ugly now. Have you ever walked into or drove by a smoke-free business? You walk through or drive through a cloud of smoke, and it is so very inspiring to see people sitting in the gutter smoking in the rain.
I don't know what the answer is. I do know that I'm against an entirely non-smoking world because the next step is a non-fat world and I really don't want to sit in the gutter to eat my chocolate.
