The Top Ten

Is your burg one of the most literate cities in the USA? 

The Central Connecticut State University has looked at newspaper circulation, the number of bookstores, library resources, periodical publishing resources, educational attainment and Internet resources for cities and determined which are the ten (10) most literate.  I don't live in one of them but maybe you do.
