I could have sworn you ate enchiladas as a kid. What did you eat when mom made them for dinner?

I'm inordinately fond of grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. I'll bet I eat them two or three times a week. I have altered my sandwiches so they are a little more legal. Whole grain bread (nummy!) and no butter under the cheese. Just a bit of oregano on top and toast it in the oven. Oh, and no bread on top. Open face. I heart cheese.

Sue, I hope these get emailed to you, my laptop died and so all of my email is gone and I can't seem to remember your email address. Help! I need your contact information as a reference.
